When my body dies and I cross over to the Spirit world and I am asked what I liked best about my time on Earth, I know that I will be hard pressed to give JUST one answer. I will most likely say, that one of the greatest joys in my life, was being able to give life to another. My daughter, Jazz. To have been able to create such a miracle and then give birth to her.. and watch her grow and help her learn.
It would not be me , if I also, didn't add music to that response. I would tell them that my time on Earth, was enhanced and enjoyed that much more, due to the presence of music in my life. I turn to music for answers, I turn to music for comfort and I turn to music, to release. I dance like no one is watching me and I loose myself in the music. Songs speak to me, and I hear lyrics that touch my soul and bring me to tears.
What did I like best about my time on Earth? I would tell them that I loved what Earth smelt and looked like. The smell of the forest, the smell of rain, the smell of a loved one.The smell of coffee in the morning or cinamon on top of a doughnut.The smell of an open fire. To see a loved one smiling at you , until their eyes crinkled up. The sight of the ocean roaring as its waves crash upon the shore.. To see colours, so vibrant and alive. To look up at the night sky and see millions of stars staring down at you. To see a lovers eyes reflecting back love.
I would be hard pressed to give one answer, when I am asked what I liked best about my time on Earth...
